Shipping and Delivery Policy – Wecraft Beds

At Weraft Beds, we are committed to providing high-quality bespoke beds and mattresses, and we understand how important it is to receive your order promptly and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process:

1. Free Shipping (England and Wales Only)
   We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within England and Wales. Please note, a minimum spend of £200 is required to qualify for free delivery. This applies to all our bespoke beds and mattresses, which are crafted specifically to your specifications.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
   Since all of our beds and mattresses are made to order, we ask for your patience as we complete each item with care. Our usual production time is between 3 to 7 working business days. Once your order is ready, we will arrange for delivery, and you’ll be notified of the tracking details.
3. Shipping Exclusions (Scottish Postcodes)
   Unfortunately, we do not ship to all Scottish postcodes. If you are located in these areas, we advise checking with us directly to confirm the possibility of delivery.
4. International Shipping to Ireland
   We do offer shipping to Ireland, though please note that this will incur an additional shipping charge. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. Shipping Calculation at Checkout
   To ensure the correct shipping charge for your location, simply enter your delivery address during the checkout process. The system will automatically calculate any shipping fees applicable to your order, whether for Ireland or for specific areas within the UK.
